Playing regularly and want to be more involved? Well why not become a member at Thorpe Wood and Orton Meadows under the umbrella of a Nene Golf membership. We offer a wide range of membership options to suit both the casual and avid golfer with each category of membership coming with different rates and fees.

Nene Golf Membership includes:

  • Priority tee booking via the Club V1 Hub and App.
  • Offers for Members including reduced range balls.
  • Reduced fees for Flex Members
  • Members card and bag tag

• Unlimited golf 5 days a week (Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays)

Ladies Academy Membership Details
2.5 sessions per month on average with a mixture of coaching and on-course sessions.
Junior Membership Details
• Play on both Thorpe Wood and Orton Meadows 7-days a week (not before 12 on weekends is the only restriction)

Membership Terms

• Payment by one off payment or contractual Direct Debit (7 and 5 day only) commits you to a 12-month contract. You will be liable for the remainder of your membership subscription should you cancel. This Direct Debit option will be taken on a pro-rata basis until 31st March 2024. There are no fees or interest charged for paying your membership by DD – collected monthly on the 6th of every month. Cancellation notice must be given before the end of the Club year. For any long-term course closures, no refunds will be given, however range credit will be allocated.

• If you wish for a more flexible option, please choose our monthly subscription option as this does not require a full year commitment but can still offer playing rights. By taking out this membership you are committing to a 1-month rolling membership term payable by monthly Direct Debit which must be cancelled by the start of the calendar month. Cancellation of a monthly Direct Debit will automatically result in the cancellation of your membership..

Safeguarding and Child Protection

As you would expect any staff who work with Juniors in the Academy have been safeguarded and DBS checked. Parents/ Guardians are asked at the end of this application to authorise their child's attendance. Equally, Parents/Guardians are asked to handover their children to our care, via the Driving Range Reception on each occasion that they visit. No membership refunds will be given for any course closures however range credit will be given at the managing directors discretion. Any requests for refunds for any reason will be at the discretion of the Managing Director and must be given in writing to simon@nenegolf.com. You will not become a member or claim any benefits until the appropriate fee has been paid and your membership has been confirmed. We only use your personal information to allow us to fulfil our contractual obligations to you as a member to enable us to send you an annual subscription renewal and process payments. We only share your information with ClubV1 and JNL Booking Bug but the data controller who adheres to the internal data protection policy and procedures administers your personal data internally.

We may also share your information with members of Nene Park Golf Club, as a legitimate interest under the General Data Protection Regulations 2018, so they can contact you directly to arrange golf relating matters. Please note: If you do not select any of the communications options below we will not contact you relating to Nene Golf news and offer. However, you will still receive club information that we require to fulfil our contract with you.
